My First Customer

Last Sunday, I received a call that he would like to buy 2 items from me. He asked me whether I have stock but I told him I do not have. I said roughly need about 3 to 5 days of delivery. So he is okay and made a deposit. I quickly made an order we 3 to 5 days delivery. I also told him that if I can't deliver on Friday, I will refund the deposit.

I did not received it on Friday as the delivery was delay by the courier company. I was so angry as I paid so much for express service. And now it seems slower than normal service. I told my customer that the items had not arrival and as promise I want to return his deposit.

The customer was so kind that he said he can wait. Finally the item came yesterday and I deliver to my customer today. He was glad and thanks me.

I feel glad and I learn something here. Honesty and Fair to your customer, you will get rewarded.
